Coping with Exhaustion

Suffering with underactive thyroid? I’m sure you know all about being exhausted, having no energy but having to carry on.

How can you help yourself? Bet you’ve tried lots of things and nothing seems to help.

One important thing is to start small. You may have read about lots of different diets or foods or exercise plans which promise to radically improve your energy levels. Frustration can lead us to want and even try to change everything at once - why not? A spring clean of our lives or a major overhaul will sort everything out. It is tempting and it could bring radical results. In truth, such major changes are difficult to do and harder to maintain. So, start with changing one small thing and building from there. Maybe drink a glass of water at the beginning of the day before your routine tea or coffee, snacking on a piece of fruit once a day, or going outside for a quick walk around the block a couple of times a week. Do this regularly and in a month you will find that you will feel better. This win will give you the confidence and motivation to make another small change. After a few months you’ll find that you have made quite a lot of changes and have quite a bit more energy and are no so exhausted all the time.

Homeopathic remedies can also help with exhaustion and can do it quickly and in a sustainable way. A client found that she felt better within a couple of weeks of starting her remedies (homeopathic medicines). She no longer has to spend a whole weekend in bed after a busy week.
